Taking our viewers behind the scenes at the famous channel, a conversation unfolds between Jennifer and a friend off-camera on coping with mental health struggles. As well as signposting viewers to the new platform from a trusted voice, it serves as an example of how we can all support our own friends and family through difficult times.
